P90X Update…. Day 6

Ok, so I loved the leg and back DVD last night, not so in love with the ab ripper X though! I really felt my legs being worked, those one leg wall squats will kill you!

I feel like I am already getting stronger. It might all be mental, but I am ok with that until I start seeing the physical manifestation of my workouts! I still need to get better with the diet. Sometimes I do really good, and some days I just don’t think about it and before I know it I have eaten all the wrong things again. It is not that I am eating a ton of junk food or dessert, but instead of making egg white scrambles I will often eat a bowl of cereal. Oh well, I just have to keep at it.

Not a ton to update today, just that I am glad that tomorrow is our rest day, or we will do the Stretch X. I feel pretty accomplished!

    Way to go!!! I am excited but nervous to start…I did the Fit Test today. Keep up the awesome work…I will be cheering for you! :)
