P90X Update – Day 8

Ok, so today should have been day nine, but we adjusted our schedule a little bit. We had originally started our workout on a Sunday, but we wanted Sunday to be the day we can rest or do Stretch on, so we took a day off and are now starting week two. I already am starting to notice differences. I am definitely stronger and more flexible already. I was able to hold some of the yoga poses a little longer without tumbling over. I am also starting to feel a little more coordinated. I am not naturally a graceful person so this first week has been a little rough on my balance!

I am super excited to see how much difference 90 days is going to make. I am starting to have more faith in the system. Of course I was a little skeptical starting out, as most people are. I can honestly say that I think this is going to be an amazing experience that will strengthen me so much more than I could have ever imagined! Oh, and on a side note, I absolutely LOVE the Kenpo X workout. Not only is it an amazing workout, but I am also learning some self defense!

Tonight is Core Synergistics again…… ouch!

    Mandy, this is awesome!! My sister is doing it too and it is so fun to hear everyone’s experience. Looking forward to seeing you guys in a couple of weeks!

      It really is amazing! I am loving every second of it…. well, maybe not at the second I doing it, but right afterwards! So excited to see you guys and meet baby Luke!!!
